Thank you to Kate Kraay and Theo Chocolate for donating to 14/48 their delicious chocolatey goodness.

In a move that I may emulate in the future, there are a handful of veterans who are not able to participate in this weekend's event who have decided to hold a mini 14/48 of their own. John Farrage, Tina Rowley and Pattie Miles Van Beuzekom gave themselves a homework assignment: Using tonight's theme, write a ten minute play, just for exercise.
Seeing as they don't have the normal deadlines to meet, they will be finishing their pieces in the hours to come. In fact, I just heard from Mr. Farrage that he has finished his.
Perhaps this will give you an idea of just how much people love doing this event: Even when they aren't involved, performers will voluntarily place its restrictions upon themselves.
