Play # 2

The Hundred Acre Fire is rehearsing in the Falls Lobby.

And I think Meghan Arnette is playing a toy. A child’s toy.

Erin Pike as well.

They both seem to be talking toys.

It makes sense, as the title of this play evokes the setting of the famous child/toy relationship between Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh.

While a heartfelt and sentimental scene is playing out before me between two well-loved toys, I hear loud screaming and shrieking from upstairs. That’s the beauty of having many interpretations of the same theme coming to life all around us.

Paul Budraitis lets out a hoot of laughter at Arnette’s antics. You all better get down to ACT tonight to see this night of hilarity and horror!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
