Bloody Bloody Bloody

I am here in Busters, a 14/48 rehearsal space, for my first rehearsal visit of the morning. Yesterday, I sat in this very same chair and watched two couples in a waiting room, each waiting for their number to be called so they could get divorced (The Best of Times, The Worst of Times by Brendan Healy)

Now, Scotto Moore is talking to designers about “blood options.” And a zillion-year-old demon.

As the actors jump up from the table, Moore says, “Alright! Let’s jam!”

I’m getting a slightly Dan Brown feeling from this piece (the Vatican, dead bishops, dark secrets). Although more blood. And AWESOMENESS.

It will be fun to see All Must Pay the Price once the designers have worked their bloody magic on it...
